(The Letter She Never Sent)
Una noche de invierno en Madrid, Carmen se sentó en su escritorio.
One winter night in Madrid, Carmen sat down at her desk.
La casa estaba en silencio.
The house was silent.
Solo se oía la lluvia contra la ventana.
You could only hear the rain against the window.
Abrió un cajón y sacó un papel y un bolígrafo.
She opened a drawer and took out a piece of paper and a pen.
