Ramón Delgado había trabajado durante quince años como contable en una oficina gris de Zaragoza.
Ramón Delgado had worked for fifteen years as an accountant in a grey office in Zaragoza.
Sin embargo, siempre había soñado con ser chef.
However, he had always dreamed of being a chef.
Un día, sin pensarlo demasiado, dejó su trabajó y abrió un restaurante en el centro de la ciudad.
